What is a Bully Breed?

“Bully breed” is an umbrella term used for dogs with ancestry rooted in mastiff, bulldog, and terrier lines. These dogs are typically strong and athletic, with broad heads and compact builds. While some were historically bred for working or guarding roles, today's bullies are best known for being loyal, intelligent, and deeply affectionate family companions.

Breeds commonly included under this term are the American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Bully, Olde English Bulldogges and Bull Terriers.

Mission: Forever Home

  • Apply for Adoption

Start by filling out our Adoption Application. We’ll review your info, check references, and make sure your lifestyle aligns with the needs of one of our recruits.
  • Debrief & Final Orders

At the end of the trial, if everyone’s tail is wagging—you’ll finalize the adoption and sign the Adoption Contract.
  • Meet & Greet

Once approved, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet with the pup of your choosing. This includes all household members—including the furry ones.
  • Adoption Fee: $400

Each adoption covers the cost of a spay/neuter, vaccines for a year, microchip, an extra month of flea/tick & heartworm prevention, and MUCH MORE.
  • 2-Week Trial Mission

If all goes well, you’ll begin a 2-week foster-to-adopt trial. You’ll sign a Foster-to-Adopt Agreement and take your recruit home to start basic training (aka bonding time).
